Cecile Tremblay, Chambolle Musigny Cabottes other_regions (89-91)/2018+(from Les Fremires, Aux Echanges and Les Maladires). There is enough reduction present to flatten the fruit though the floral notes are discernible. Here too the mouth feel is quite fine as the supporting tannins shaping the middle weight flavors are also very fine grained. I like the sense of volume which is enhanced by the generous amount of dry extract that imparts a velvety texture to the saline inflected finale. This is a wine of finesse, indeed
